Join NXT Property Management as a full-time Maintenance Technician supporting two thriving apartment communities in Salt Lake City, Utah! You will be based out of our Lux Apartments community and assist at Broadway Apartments. We're searching for a motivated professional who's ready to deliver great service and keep our communities in top shape.
Pay Range: $18+ per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do
As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll help create comfortable, safe, and well-maintained living spaces for our residents. You'll rotate between properties, keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling daily maintenance requests and repairs in apartments and shared areas
- Turning vacant units quickly and effectively
- Performing preventative maintenance and general upkeep
- Patching and painting
- Maintaining grounds and community curb appeal
- Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance concerns promptly
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a self-starter who takes pride in doing things right the first time and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
Preferred skills and traits:
- Bilingual- English and Spanish (Preferred)
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Reliable and professional work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using basic computer programs
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, or drywall is a plus
- Experience in apartment maintenance or multifamily housing preferred
