Nxt Property Management is looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to support our Springs at Copper Canyon property in Tooele, Utah. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys working in residential properties and takes initiative to ensure residents have a safe and well-maintained place to call home.

What You'll Do

In this position, you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and functionality of several apartment communities by:

• Providing maintenance support and oversight at our property
• Conducting property walks to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal
• Performing repairs in apartment homes and common areas
• Preparing vacant units for new residents
• Assisting and guiding onsite maintenance teams when needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, wall repair, appliance repair, and groundskeeping
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• HVAC and pool experience preferred
