Nxt Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Outlook Apartments team in Springville, UT. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a desire for growth. In this role, you'll help maintain the physical integrity of our community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
What You'll Do
- Complete daily maintenance tasks across the community, including light groundskeeping
- Respond to service requests and perform repairs in occupied homes
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they meet Nxt's high standards
- Work closely with the maintenance and office team to support community operations
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff

What We're Looking For
Required:
- 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Preferred (but we can train):
- Plumbing, electrical, appliance, and wall repair experience
- Groundskeeping knowledge
