NXT Property Management is hiring a full-time Multi-Site Leasing Agent to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, Utah! If you're customer-focused, motivated, and passionate about helping people find a place they're proud to call home, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a vital role in leasing success, resident satisfaction, and community experience across multiple properties.

What You'll Do
- Follow up with leasing leads via phone, email, and online platforms
- Answer questions from prospective and current residents
- Schedule and conduct apartment tours
- Assist residents with service requests and work order scheduling
- Prepare, organize, and maintain resident files and documentation
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support a positive community atmosphere
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Positive, professional attitude with a strong desire to succeed
- Reliable transportation for travel between properties
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Availability to work Saturdays as needed
- 1+ year of multifamily or leasing experience
- 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience
Preferred (Not Required - We'll Train the Right Candidate!)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Sales experience or familiarity with sales techniques
- Experience with Entrata or other property management software
- Understanding of basic financials and budgets
